Xila Flor de Luna redefines the aperitivo category with its women-led Mexican soul. Created in 2015 by founder Hillhamn as a rebellion against industry conventions, this bold yet balanced liqueur blends bitter orange, hibiscus, and native botanicals with mineral-rich volcanic water. At 18% ABV and consciously low in sugar, it delivers a nuanced profile of tart pomegranate, Mexican cinnamon, and a saline finish—neither too sweet nor too bitter, but unmistakably vibrant.

Still produced by a majority-female team, Xila honors its roots in every bottle.
