Refund policy

RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE

THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS provides a 2-week return policy from the day the package is signed after being supplied by the delivery company. Goods must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging with original tags and labels. Please inform us by e-mail of your return before you ship – the email is: info@shoppencph.dk. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS will refund the full amount, minus shipping, to the credit card the product was purchased on, to avoid misuse of stolen cards.

The refund process will be initiated immediately after we receive the goods back and have approved the condition of the item.

Returning products is at your own risk. It is your responsibility, to ensure that THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS receives the package. THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS recommend, that you send the item with track and trace and that you keep the receipt.
