RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASE

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by email at info@shoppencph.dk, stating your intention to withdraw.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed or where the original packaging has been opened or damaged — this includes bottles or cans removed from their original box or packaging.

Return Policy THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS provides a 2-week return period from the day the package is delivered. Goods must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging with original tags and labels. Please inform us by e-mail before you ship: info@shoppencph.dk. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Refunds THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS will refund the full amount, minus shipping costs, to the original payment method. For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and approving their condition.

Return Shipping Returning products is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that THE BIGGER PICTURE ApS receives the package. We recommend sending items with track and trace and keeping the receipt. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
