Wodka, Rye Vodka, Poland (40%, 70cl)

This is vodka stripped back to its honest essence—crafted in Poland, with Polish ingredients, by people who respect the spirit's heritage. While vodka's origins may be debated, we stake our claim where the best rye grows: in the soils near Kalisz, Poland's oldest town, renowned since Roman times for its exceptional grains.

We begin with Dankowskie Golden rye, a winter variety prized by distillers, then follow a uncompromising process: milling, cooking, and fermenting the grain before five separate distillations and double charcoal filtration using unique Polish birch charcoal. The spirit then rests to achieve its signature smoothness.

The result? A vodka of crystalline purity with just enough character to stand out—aromas of freshly baked rye bread lead to a palate of almond cream and white pepper, finishing with a clean, slightly sweet edge. At 40% ABV, it's equally at home chilled neat as it is elevating a classic Martini or Zubrowka-inspired cocktails.

More than just liquid, this is liquid heritage—one of the last estate-grown Polish rye vodkas in production.
