Vittore Orange Vermouth, Spain (15%, 75cl)

Vermouth Vittore Blanco has a bright straw yellow color with orange hues. It opens with balsamic aromas of Mediterranean herbs like sage, chamomile, and thyme, complemented by a hint of licorice and fresh citrus. On the palate, it offers a balanced acidity with a vibrant citrus explosion and a pleasant finish of bitter herbs. The flavor is long and persistent.

As Valencia’s oldest vermouth, it follows the original formula created by Benedetto Valsangiacomo, 3rd generation of the family, at the start of the 20th century. The 5th generation now revives the original Vermouth Vittore label to honour its heritage.

Made from a Muscat white wine base macerated on its own skins, it is an orange-style vermouth crafted with 24 botanicals of Mediterranean and Alpine origin. Notable botanicals include gentian, wormwood, coriander, savory, sage, oregano, manzanilla, and elderberry, which enhance the orange peel flavors and its connection to Valencia’s terroir.
