Vermut Aire, Spain (17%, 75cl)

A new vermouth with floral and fruity accent. Its base is a high quality muscat sweetened with concentrated grape must and macerated with herbs and botanicals. The elderberry, orange and hibiscus flowers combined with fruits such as mango, pineapple, strawberry and raspberry, generate a sinuous and aromatic journey.

Its sensual and exotic soul is centered in wormwood, accompanied by classic essences and other more provocative ones such as liquorice, basil, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. A bold proposal with a tropical touch that provokes because of its contrast to classic vermouths and claims a new way of enjoying the immense pleasure of being Vermouth Aire.

Vermut Aire is a craft vermouth produced in limited batches of 1,200 bottles, blending Muscat wine with 34 ingredients, following a unique, secret formula. It is the child of a lively collaboration between the creative studio Pàkaru and Àlquia creacions enològiques SL, an enterprise arm of the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona.
