Its sensual and exotic soul is centered in wormwood, accompanied by classic essences and other more provocative ones such as liquorice, basil, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. Vermut Aire is a craft vermouth produced in limited batches of 1,200 bottles, blending Muscat wine with 34 ingredients, following a unique, secret formula. It is the child of a lively collaboration between the creative studio Pàkaru and Àlquia creacions enològiques SL, an enterprise arm of the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona.
