A blend of single matured rums (ex-bourbon) and double matured rums (ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso) matured for a total of 17 years in the tropics. Each rum is a blend of the copper double retort pot still and the traditional twin column coffey still before barrel filling. A rare collaboration between Luca Gargano and Richard Seale.
