Valsangiacomo Reserva Vermut is an exceptional white vermouth, aged for five years in American oak barrels. Made from a Macabeo white wine base and infused with 24 botanicals of Mediterranean and alpine origin—such as gentian, wormwood, coriander, savory, sage, oregano, chamomile, elderberry, and orange peel—it develops a deep complexity. Its warm golden hue comes from grape must caramel, while the long oak ageing lends delicate vanilla undertones to its floral and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it’s rich and intense, with subtle bitter notes that make each sip a refined aperitif experience.
Founded in 1831 in Chiasso, Switzerland, the Valsangiacomo family’s winemaking legacy began with Vittore Valsangiacomo. By the late 19th century, his son Cherubino Valsangiacomo expanded operations to Valencia and Alicante, establishing a reputation for excellence that continues to this day.
