That Boutique-y Whisky Company, Linkwood 11 Years, Single Malt Scotch Whisky (51.2%, 50cl)

Linkwood is bottled as a 12-year-old in Diageo’s Flora & Fauna range, but for many years quasi-official bottlings have been seen from Gordon & Macphail, Wilson & Morgan and now That boutique-y Whisky Company. Linkwood is known for their long fermentations that result very fragrant whiskies. This is no exception. 

It's a non-peated whisky with a loooong finish. Delicious!
