Stauning, Floor Malted Rye Whisky, Denmark (48%, 70cl)

Made using all locally grown rye and barley. Double distilled over direct fired copper pot stills and aged on Virgin American Oak barrels.

Some say it tastes like liquid rye bread, with notes of vanilla, citrus and mint too.
