At 28 percent, the profile opens with bright lemon zest and fresh peel oils rather than candy notes. On the palate it delivers clean citrus intensity with balanced sugar and a lightly warming finish. The sweetness is present but controlled, sitting balanced sweet rather than syrupy.

Compared to mass market limoncello, this version feels drier and more structured, with less artificial sweetness and more natural citrus definition. Absolutely gorgeous.

Best served well chilled, either neat after a meal or in simple long drinks where fresh lemon character is the focus.
