Siembra Valles Ancestral Tequila Blanco is a traditionally produced, high-proof tequila from the Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, this ancestral-style blanco focuses on showcasing raw agave character and regional expression through time-honoured production methods.

The agave is cooked in brick ovens and fermented using natural yeasts before being distilled to retain intensity and structure. Bottled at 52% ABV, this tequila offers a powerful yet precise profile. On the nose, expect cooked agave, citrus zest, fresh herbs and mineral notes. The palate is vibrant and expressive, delivering flavours of sweet agave, pepper, earth and gentle smoke, followed by a long, clean and warming finish. A small addition of water can help open up further aromatic detail.

Produced without additives and bottled to highlight purity and terroir, this ancestral blanco is well suited for sipping and for those looking to explore tequila beyond standard commercial styles. A compelling choice for agave spirits enthusiasts and a standout example of traditional Mexican tequila craftsmanship.

Siembre Valles is a project that focuses on  the more traditional methods of mezcal production to enhance agave flavour in the final product. Manual labour being a key ingredient in the process, the tequilas represent the use of old techniques to achieve high quality spirits.
