A 50/50 Manhattan is half whiskey and half sweet vermouth. This blend of whiskies and vermouth have been aging for 4 years in a large glass vessel. 

Serves 2-3 cocktails depending on your appetite ;)

6-7 cl of 50/50 Manhattan in a mixing glass full of ice

Stir for 30-60 seconds depending on your favored dilution

Serve in a chilled coupette.
