This 2007 vintage rum highlights the delicate flavors and distinct character of Jamaican light pot-still rums. 

After 13 years ageing in Jamaica and 2 years in France, it was finally bottled in 2022.

Intense notes of banana, vanilla and allspice on the nose, that translate into a fruity profile on the palate of cantaloupe, ripe guava with some spicy notes to top it off. 

Alexandre Gabriel, the founder of Plantation, has been in the spirit world for years. He has searched for the best cognac and superior rums, believing that spirits are emotions, experiences to express.
