For more than 20 years, Plantation Rum Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel has explored the world of rum and its terroirs in search of traditional production methods.

For this one-time limited edition, he handpicked 18 casks from Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery.

In Plantation Rum's signature double-ageing technique, this unique expression aged 17 years in Fiji, then shipped by sea to the south-west of France, where it matured another two years in French oak Ferrand Cognac casks. 

This exceptional and well-structured rum combines an elegant profile with complexity and intensity. The extra-long ageing time on the Fijian Islands brings forward its fruity profile. A perfect encapsulation of the lush islands of Fiji.
