Cognac Pierre Ferrand - Ambré is exclusively produced with Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes from Grande Champagne, which is also why it is called 1er cru.
The amber colour as well as the subtle hints of vanilla flavor is achieved from the Quercus Sessiflora oak barrels that ages the cognac for another year.
