Pensador Espadin Mezcal

Pensador Espadin Mezcal embodies the classic Miahuatlán expression. It hits with aromas of buttered grilled corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile, and a honeyed sweetness followed by chewy tobacco smoke. It's fantastic in negronis and Honey Tommy's – and excellent on its own.

Mezcal is a product of its terroir – the region defines the taste. Pensador from Miahuatlán in Oaxaca is pure, clear, and agave-forward. No artificial fertilizers, accelerators, or additives are used. Made from agave, water, and wild yeasts. 100% Capon agave, matured for an extra 2 years. 48% ABV. 10% of sales go to local community projects. The first project started in 2022 in San Isidro for water sustainability. Pensador is the world's first B-Corp Mezcal.
