A collaborative pastis between a sommelier and Didier Dorin. Dorin is known for being an herbal forager extraordinaire.  This product is one of the few, or if only Pastis, that carry a vintage stamp as the harvests may vary from year to year depending on the weather. You might know the small island of Ré as also one of the only regions outside of mainland Cognac that produce Cognac.
