In an inspired collaboration with Claus Meyer, Paradis Vermouth Rondo returns for its second batch—an exceptional and rare expression of red vermouth. Crafted from red wine made with the Rondo grape, this bottling departs from the conventional white wine base to deliver a profile that is rich, full-bodied, and layered with flavour. Notes of cherry, delicate perfume, and gentle tartness arise from the use of handpicked Danish quinces and paradise apples, lending a subtle aromatic complexity. This is a vermouth of character and craftsmanship, honouring both tradition and innovation.
