Paradis Vermouth Rondo is the second batch of this vermouth, created from red wine of the Rondo grape. It boasts a deliciously rich and fruity flavor with notes of cherry and a hint of perfume from the use of Danish quinces and paradise apples. This is a rare and unique red vermouth, as it is made from red wine instead of the typical white wine base. Produced in collaboration with Claus Meyer using handpicked quinces and paradise apples.
