These jewel-toned fruits imbue every drop with their vibrant hue, bittersweet intensity, and unmistakable versatility—transforming each glass into an invitation to pause and savor.
The process begins with patient maceration of halved grapefruits until their essence is fully yielded. Fresh peels, carefully separated, undergo copper distillation to amplify their citrus brilliance. The pressed ruby nectar is then gently reduced to concentrate its character before meeting a global chorus of dried yuzu, fragrant cedrat, and bitter bigarade peel—each contributing their own whispered complexity.
This citrus tapestry is woven with cinchona bark’s quinine bite and gentian root’s earthy bitterness, then elevated by a signature Cognac eau-de-vie. Distilled from grape must in column stills, this spirit lends both structure and a whisper of orchard fruit.
