First aged for 4 years on Bourbon Barrels, thereafter 1 year in Tequila barrels in ambient temperatures throughout the seasons. 

The distillers carefully chose caraway, meadowsweet, heather flower, St.Johns wort, dandelion root, angelica root, yarrow, chamomille flower, sorrel, hyssop and horehound as botanicals to create something quite spectacular that you can flex on anybody at your next Scandinavian lunch with.
