Open Whisky Tasting — 16 April 2026

On 16 April 2026, Jarek will host a special Whisky Tasting built around Shoppen’s Break Even Bottle series. The evening brings together a selection of bottles that have previously appeared in our monthly Break Even Bottle programme, where we open rare whiskies and offer samples at cost.

This tasting is an opportunity to revisit some of those standout bottles side by side. Expect an evening focused on flavour, maturation and distillery philosophy, featuring whiskies that rarely appear together in a single lineup.

The tasting will feature 10 carefully selected whiskies, ranging from cult Campbeltown releases to modern Japanese classics and a limited bourbon expression. Many of these bottles are difficult to find and even harder to taste in a guided setting.

The event takes place at Shoppen, starting at 19:00, with a total duration of approximately 2 hours.

With only 12 seats available, this is a first come, first served experience designed to stay personal, engaging and interactive. These evenings tend to fill quickly once the lineup is announced.

Whether you’ve followed the Break Even Bottle series closely or simply want to explore a lineup of distinctive whiskies in good company, this is a rare chance to experience them together in one evening.
