On 26 February 2026, Carl is hosting a deep-dive Agave Spirits Tasting for those who want to explore the category beyond the obvious. This is an intimate, high-energy evening focused on flavour, provenance and craftsmanship — and it’s open for general admission.
The tasting will feature 11 carefully selected agave spirits, ranging from expressive mezcals to character-driven tequilas, highlighting different producers, regions and production styles. Expect bold flavours, contrasts, stories from the field and plenty of geeky agave insight along the way.
The event takes place at Shoppen, starting at 19:15, with a total duration of approximately 2 hours.
With only 12 seats available, this is a first come, first served experience designed to stay personal, engaging and interactive.
Whether you’re already deep into agave spirits or simply curious to taste some truly distinctive bottles, this is a rare opportunity to try exceptional releases side by side — many of which are hard to find and even harder to taste in one setting.
