Nixta Licor de Elote is a love letter to Mexican corn, crafted from ancestral cacahuazintle maize grown at 7,000 feet near our distillery. We honor the grain’s full lifecycle: tender sweet corn is macerated for delicate flavor, while nixtamalized mature kernels become sweet wort and alcohol. The result? A liqueur that captures corn’s soul—from earthy to ethereal.

This straw-gold spirit greets you with aromas of warm cornbread, toasted husk, and vanilla caramel. On the palate, it balances creamy sweetness with roasted depth, finishing with a whisper of honeyed masa. At 30% ABV, it’s lush enough for sipping yet versatile in cocktails.
