Muri, Passing Clouds, Non-Alc Sparkling Wine Alternative (0.4%, 75cl)

Muri is a Danish company, experimenting with low-abv ferments and quite succesfully so if we do say so ourselves.

Passing Clouds is their sparkling wine alternative made of goosberries, quince, kefir, jasmine tea, woodruff and geranium kvass. 

Dry, complex and floral and pours a beautiful hazy bellini-esque color.
