Marie Rocher Voilà l'été 2022 is an artisanal natural rosé wine produced in the Loire Valley region of France. Marie Rocher, an independent winemaker who previously worked in publishing and learned the craft under natural wine icons like Bruno Allion, handles every stage of production with minimal intervention.

The production for the 2022 vintage utilizes a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Pineau d'Aunis grapes, harvested by hand from organically farmed vineyards in the Touraine area. The grapes undergo a gentle direct pressing, followed by natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks to retain absolute freshness. The wine is aged on its fine lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered, and finished with zero or exceptionally low sulphur additions at 13% ABV.

The profile is vibrantly alive, crisp, and thirst quenching. The nose is highly aromatic, bursting with fresh red forest berries, wild strawberries, and the distinctive, crunchy white pepper spice characteristic of Pineau d'Aunis. On the palate, the liquid is light bodied and energetic, driving with a bright, zesty acidity and clean mineral tension that carries flavors of tart raspberry and blood orange peel. The finish is remarkably clean and dry, leaving a refreshing, mouth watering trail of red currants and wet stone minerality.
