Le Nar Vermouth is a dry white vermouth produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, utilizing a base of Colombard and Trebbiano Bianco grapes. This specific blend of varietals provides a crisp, neutral foundation designed to highlight a contemporary botanical selection. 

The production involves fortifying the wine base and infusing it with a blend of traditional and regional botanicals. Notable inclusions are organic pomegranate flowers from Uzbekistan and dried black lemons from Iran, alongside wormwood, thyme, and bay leaf. These elements are balanced to ensure the acidity of the grapes remains prominent while the bittering agents provide structure.

The profile is defined by a clean, herbaceous nose led by dried citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it displays a lean and saline structure with integrated flavors of chamomile, lemon zest, and a subtle earthiness from the pomegranate flowers. The texture remains light and dry, leading into a finish that is crisp and slightly medicinal.
