Kirk and Sweeney, Grand Reserva, Dominican Republic Rum (40%, 70cl)

Full-bodied Dominican rum, solera of 9 to 20 year old melasse based rums that have been aged on Californian Oak.

Dried fruits and toast on the nose, vanilla, caramel, honey, almonds, figs, prunes and sherry on the palate. A lovely rum if you prefer the ones on the sweeter side of the spectrum.
