High West Distillery sits in Park City, Utah, where David and Jane Perkins founded the whiskey company in 2006. David, a biochemist by trade, had a love for the wild west and Utah’s little-known whiskey history. Seeing the similarities from fermentation and distillation to his work pushed David to focus on whiskey.
