Hepple Gin is a modern English gin distilled in Northumberland using a combination of traditional copper pot distillation and innovative vacuum distillation. Three different expressions of juniper are used including fresh green juniper distilled under vacuum, dried Macedonian juniper, and a juniper wood tincture, creating exceptional depth and clarity. The result is a vibrant and precise gin with bright pine citrus lift and a long clean finish, bottled at 45 percent ABV for structure and intensity.
