In the hills of Andalucia, Pagos means vineyards... The bodegas in this part of Spain - Jerez de la Frontera make some of the best Sherries in the world and as you can deduct, this rom has been aging on sherry butts (500liter) that housed Oloroso and PX. This was a first for Hampden Estate and marked a new era. Now we are at Batch 3.

Congeners content of 1726.6 gr/hlpa of which 374.1 gr/hlpa are esters!
