As one of the few remaining producers in this legendary spirit region, Glen Scotia crafts single malts defined by a classic Campbeltown balance between rich fruit sweetness and traditional coastal salinity.

The production follows a two-stage aging process. The whisky matures initially in first-fill bourbon barrels before undergoing a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This double maturation combines the warm vanilla and oak spice character of bourbon wood with the deep, dried fruit richness of sherry. Bottled at a strength of 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered to preserve its full mouthfeel and natural oily texture.

The profile is rich, smooth, and subtly maritime, striking a harmonious balance between sweet sherry notes and coastal character. The nose opens with aromas of caramel fudge, toffee, baked apple, and dried fruit, backed by a gentle marine sea spray note. On the palate, the texture is creamy and mouth-coating, delivering flavors of brown sugar, vanilla bean, raisins, oak spice, and a faint hint of peat smoke. The finish is long, warm, and comforting, leaving lingering trails of sweet sherry, dark cocoa, and clean sea salt.
