Giulio Cocchi Dopo Teatro is a dark Italian vermouth amaro conceived as a bridge between Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino and Cocchi Vermouth Chinato. Built on a sweet vermouth base and enriched with quinine cinchona and bitter botanicals it offers greater depth and bitterness than classic vermouth while remaining round and elegant. Rich dark fruit cocoa warm spice and herbal bitterness define its character making it ideal served chilled after dinner or in bold vermouth driven cocktails.
