Galipette Brut is a dry French apple cider made from traditional cider apple varieties grown in Brittany. Produced using a slow fermentation process and minimal intervention, it reflects a more structured and wine-leaning style rather than sweet, mass market cider.
At 4.5 percent, it pours bright and lightly sparkling with a crisp apple aroma. On the palate it is dry and clean, showing fresh orchard apple, subtle tannin and a gently bitter finish. On a sweetness scale it sits firmly dry, with very little residual sugar and a refreshing, restrained profile.
Compared to sweeter commercial ciders, Galipette Brut feels more precise and food friendly, making it well suited to seafood, charcuterie or light dishes where acidity and freshness matter.
A classic Breton style cider with dryness, structure and balance.
