Freimeisterkollektiv Rhubarb Liqueur defies industrial conventions by crafting an authentic, small-batch spirit from hand-pressed rhubarb juice and house-distilled rhubarb brandy. In collaboration with fourth-generation distiller Matthias Schulz and Berlin’s Preussische Spirituosen Manufactur, this liqueur rejects mass-produced concentrates and generic ethanol for uncompromising quality.

The nose opens with crisp green apple, leading to a palate of tangy rhubarb, delicate raspberry, and grapefruit zest. The finish is bright and structured, with lime peel and a hint of oxalic acid for balance. At 28% ABV, it’s vibrant enough for cocktails yet nuanced for sipping.
