Taking special care into crafting a bourbon unique enough to push the envelope, while still keeping hold on tradition. Name being inspired by the love story of founder Paul Jones, Jr.. Known for their mingling of bourbons to provide the most interesting bourbon possible. Hand selecting each barrel to ensure quality.
