Fot-Li, Vermut Rojo, Spain (16%, 75cl)

Fot-Li Vermouth Rojo is a vibrant expression of Catalan craftsmanship, made and bottled in Reus, the historic heart of fine vermouth. Crafted from a base of White Grenache (approximately 90%, with the remainder from Viura and Airén) from vineyards in Tarragona, DO Terra Alta, DO Montsant, and Penedès, it is macerated for three weeks with a secret blend of 19 botanicals including tangerine, orange peel, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, bay leaf, oregano, fennel, and sage.

Aged in both American and French oak barrels, it emerges in a deep dark brown hue with amber highlights, offering a scented and elegant aroma with herbaceous notes of rosemary, sage, thyme, and a gentle waft of vanilla, backed by subtle hazelnut nuances. On the palate, it delivers a lively, fresh, yet bittersweet experience typical of Catalan vermouths, finishing long with echoes of thyme, dried fruit, and vanilla.

With its elegant bottle design, inspired by early Catalan Modernism and adorned with a winged hourglass symbolizing the fleeting nature of time, Fot-Li invites you to savour every moment. Production is limited to 25,000 bottles, ensuring exclusivity and artisanal quality.
