Crafted with Himanthalia elongata seaweed, hand-harvested from local shores, it delivers a distinctive coastal note balanced by classic botanicals such as juniper, angelica root and rhubarb.

Blended with pure island water and distilled at 42.8 % ABV, this Nordic gin combines freshness and depth — offering a vibrant juniper core, soft briny undertones and a bright citrus lift.
