Manso Legado is a special bottling of the REGULAR MANSO after 8 years of storage in glass carboys with a capacity of 20 liters. By storing it in taste-neutral containers, the distillate becomes round and balanced without taking on any foreign aromas. This batch was still produced by Emilio Sr., who died in 2019. The label shows him looking intently over his son Emilio Jr.'s shoulder.
Note: The 2021 production date indicated on the bottle refers to the certification of this batch by the Consejo Regulador, not to the actual year of production. This is 2013.
