From Villeneuve-les-Corbières, in south-east France, the Peyre Gressent Desplats family produce this lovely, juicy everyday drinker from Grenache and its variety Lledoner Pelut grape. We liked it so much it's the current house wine at both Paloma and the Barking Dog.
Soft tannins and great nose full of red berries. Suits great in this transition period between summer and winter. We like it slightly chilled.
