Hailing from the historic epicenter of Spanish vermouth production, De Muller Iris Rosé is a wonderfully vibrant expression crafted in Reus, Catalonia. Built on a clean white wine base of Airen grapes, this pink vermouth is macerated with a secret selection of Mediterranean botanicals, roots, and aromatic herbs, with a deliberate emphasis on fresh citrus and delicate floral notes. Following its infusion, the liquid rests for a minimum of seven months in traditional oak barrels to achieve its signature harmony and smooth integration.

In the glass, it shows a highly crystalline pink hue with bright strawberry reflections. The nose reveals a soft, inviting bouquet of candied red fruits, orange zest, light caramel, and a touch of warm vanilla.
