Corsieri Del Palio Vermouth – Rosso is a refined homage to the historic city of Asti and its famed horse race, Il Palio. Crafted from a traditional recipe originating at Valsa Nuova Perlino, established in 1905 near Asti, this Vermouth di Torino proudly bears the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP)—a mark of authenticity introduced in 2017. To qualify, it must be produced and bottled in Piedmont with an alcohol content of at least 16%, ensuring both provenance and quality.

In the glass, its golden ruby hue reflects the richness of its character. The aroma offers a layered bouquet of citrus and warm spices, where bitter-sweet orange, rhubarb, cinnamon, and vanilla intertwine in perfect harmony. On the palate, these sweet, spiced notes flow gracefully before giving way to a refined bitterness in the finish, capturing the balance and elegance that define the finest Vermouth di Torino.
