Corsieri Del Palio Vermouth – Bianco invites you to the historic city of Asti and its celebrated horse race, Il Palio. Inspired by a traditional recipe from Valsa Nuova Perlino, founded in 1905 near Asti, it upholds the proud standards of Vermouth di Torino, a Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) since 2017. To earn this designation, it must be crafted and bottled in Piemonte with a minimum alcohol content of 16%, ensuring authenticity and quality.

This golden-hued vermouth opens with delicate aromas of linden blossom and gentle spice, where cloves and nutmeg mingle with elegant wine notes. On the palate, a smooth and well-rounded profile emerges, enriched by cinnamon and vanilla, while a subtle bitterness lingers on the finish, delivering balance and sophistication in every sip.
