Corsieri Del Palio Bianco, Vermouth (16.5%, 75cl)

 

Let's take a trip to Asti's historic city and its famous horse race "Il Palio" with Corsieri Del Palio Vermouth, a toast to the traditional recipe from Valsa Nuova Perlino, founded in 1905 near Asti. As a Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) since 2017, Vermouth di Torino must be made and bottled in Piemonte with at least 16% alcohol. This golden vermouth has delicate hints of linden tree and spices, like cloves and nutmeg, with complex wine notes. Its well-rounded taste offers smooth, spicy touches of cinnamon and vanilla, with subtle hints of bitterness.
