Vittore White Vermouth, Spain (15%, 75cl)

Vermouth Vittore Blanco displays a bright straw yellow color and offers balsamic aromas of Mediterranean herbs including oregano, fennel, and thyme, complemented by a touch of licorice and fresh citrus. On the palate, it presents a balanced acidity and sweetness, with flavours of cinnamon, licorice, and cloves, leading to a pleasant bitter herb finish and a long, persistent flavour.

As the oldest vermouth in Valencia, it is crafted following the original formula devised by Benedetto Valsangiacomo, 3rd generation of the family, dating back to the early 20th century. Today, the 5th generation honors this heritage by reviving the original Vermouth Vittore label as a tribute to its origins.

The vermouth is produced using a Macabeo white wine base and macerated with 24 botanicals of Mediterranean and alpine origin, including gentian, wormwood, coriander, savory, sage, oregano, chamomile, sauco, and orange peel.
