From a mythical distillery on Grenada that has been operating in the same way for over 170 years. The whole operation runs without electricity and the mill that crushes the cane to extract the juice is a gravity run water mill. The cane juice is first boiled to a syrup (jus cuit) before it's long fermentation.
For the first time outside of Grenada with the help of the people from La Maison & Velier who have been trying to get the owner/operator of the distillery to release bottles to the international market for DECADES.
An ester bomb for sure, the congener levels measured are around the 500's gr/hL
