This unique Danish vermouth is aged to perfection and crafted from wild Danish apples, naturally fermented to capture their fresh, orchard character. The profile is sweet, fresh, mild, and rounded, balanced by a gentle bitterness and spicy warmth from wormwood, spruce, rosemary, cardamom, and other botanicals.

Enjoy it neat over ice, perhaps with a splash of sparkling water or tonic for a lighter aperitif. It also shines in cocktails—try it in a Negroni with amaro and gin for a Nordic twist on the classic.
