A few weeks ago, we visited HerrGårdens Humle in southern Sweden to visit and check out their hop yard, just as this year's crop is approaching harvest time. What we experienced was a beautiful setting filled with some of the finest, freshest hops we'd ever had the pleasure to sniff. The entire harvest of those gorgeous hops - 95 kg of Comet, Chinook and Cascade, to be precise - were picked, driven directly to the tank on the same day and soaked whole and fresh on the cold side to finish our first ever holiday beer - LUMINARIA WET HOP IPA!
