Giulio Cocchi Storico Vermouth Di Torino, Italy (16%, 75cl)

Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino is crafted according to the original 1891 recipe by Giulio Cocchi. Produced in the Piedmont region of Italy, it is one of the few vermouths that adhere to the traditional standards of the “Vermouth di Torino” Protected Geographical Indication.

This sweet vermouth boasts a deep amber color with light copper reflections. The nose is aromatic and complex, revealing notes of candied orange peel, vanilla, menthol, dried fruits, and delicate floral undertones.

On the palate, it is rich and balanced, featuring flavors of cherry, raspberry, cocoa, citrus, rhubarb, and licorice, complemented by a subtle bitter undertone and savory herbaceousness. The finish is bold, long, and well-rounded.

Made with Moscato wine from Asti and a blend of botanicals including cinchona and rhubarb, Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino offers a sophisticated and authentic taste of Italian vermouth tradition.
