Bozal Mezcal Cuishe is a single maguey mezcal made from Agave Karwinskii, locally known as Cuishe or Cuixe. Tall growing and slow to mature, this agave produces mezcals with a drier and more structured profile than Espadin. Produced using traditional pit roasting stone milling and copper pot distillation, it shows cooked agave herbal bitterness mineral notes and restrained smoke.
