Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso Organic is an Italian vermouth made from organic wine and organically grown botanicals sourced from the Maritime Alps. The style is rich and rounded, with dark fruit sweetness up front followed by bitter orange wormwood and warming spice. Clearly leaning towards the sweeter side, it remains balanced by firm herbal bitterness and freshness. Bottled at 18 percent ABV, it works well over ice with citrus or as a softer base for classic vermouth cocktails.
