Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso Excelsior is a premium vermouth from Piemonte made using Barolo wine as its base, giving it added structure and depth from the outset. Infused with an extended selection of alpine botanicals gathered from the Maritime Alps, it shows a richer and more layered profile than Bordiga’s classic Rosso. Dark fruit sweetness, bitter orange and wormwood are supported by warming spice and a firm herbal backbone, with the Barolo base lending weight and length. Full and generous in style, it leans clearly towards richness while remaining balanced and composed. Bottled at 18 percent ABV, it works beautifully both for slow sipping and in serious vermouth forward cocktails.
